Kaity Markle

Kaity’s journey with Prime Care began in 2013 as a pharmacy assistant, where she quickly developed a passion for supporting both patients and the team. After growing through several roles, she stepped away for five years to launch her own consultancy, specializing in HR, finance, and operations for small businesses and non-profits.

Guided by the lessons learned from Danny — about ownership, leadership, and always putting people first — Kaity was proud to return when the opportunity arose to carry on his legacy. Today, she focuses on building strong systems and operations that allow the team to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care. She is dedicated to creating a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

Mikaela Klie

Mikaela’s journey with Prime Care began in 2016 as a pharmacy student, where she was immediately drawn to the positive culture and Danny’s patient-first approach. After gaining early experience at another independent pharmacy, she returned to Prime Care in 2018 and has been proud to grow her career here ever since.

Today, Mikaela is passionate about providing personalized care and helping patients navigate a complex health system. She believes pharmacists play a unique role as a central point in healthcare and is committed to going beyond dispensing through comprehensive reviews and counselling. Dedicated to the future of pharmacy, she mentors students, fosters a supportive workplace, and partners with organizations to improve medication management and outcomes. Her vision is rooted in continuing Danny’s legacy: delivering care that is innovative, accessible, and deeply human.
